A Journey into Wine’s Tastes and Aromas
Tasting of four (organic) wines. We guide you to discover, recognize and find the distinctive fruit and spices bouquets in each wine.

Highlights
Upon arrival at the company, the experience begins with a walk and visit to the vineyards.
We will then accompany you to taste four wines of our production.
You are invited to smell a series of spices, aromatic herbs and fresh fruit, which help you find, learn and recognize the distinctive aromas of each wine.
The wines being tasted are:
- Bardolino, a young red from local grapes
- Bardolino Chiaretto, a rosé unique for its freshness
- Garganega, a white with mineral hints
- A Bardolino Classico, red, aged in cement and with good aging potential
The tasting takes place in a dedicated room or, if weather permits, in the vineyards, and is accompanied by a snack with soppressa and local cheeses (Monte Veronese).
